About Barty
Meet Barty, a gentle and quiet soul looking for a special, supportive family to help her come out of her shell. Though she may be timid initially, Barty's kind and affectionate nature shines through once she feels comfortable in her surroundings, revealing the love she's eager to share.
Barty isn't particularly food-driven, finding her comfort instead in the companionship of another dog who can guide her and show her that humans can be trusted. A patient family will be rewarded with her gentle demeanor and sweet cuddles as she blossoms with a loving companion by her side.
The ideal home for Barty would be a calm and understanding environment, where the family has patience and compassion in helping her settle. A canine friend is essential for her, as they will be both her teacher and her playmate. Barty thrives on routine, enjoying regular walks to explore the world - and if you have a warm bed for her to curl up in after a day of gentle adventures, even better.
A quiet home with older children, aged 12 and above, will be best suited for Barty, where her sensitive nature is respected. She's not yet been tested with cats, so a slow introduction would be necessary if there are any feline members in the family. A secure yard with a fixed outdoor undercover area provides her a peaceful space to bask and enjoy nature's serenity.
Open your heart to Barty, and you'll find a devoted friend whose loyalty and loving gaze will brighten your days. She is seeking a family who will honor her gentle ways and offer her the loving environment she needs to thrive.
