Beetroot is the definition of happy-go-lucky and one of those dogs who instantly lifts the mood of everyone around her. She is incredibly affectionate, thrives on human connection, and absolutely loves to play, whether that’s with her people, her toys, or her dog friends. Beetroot’s ideal day involves being included in family life, sharing cuddles, and burning off some happy energy with a good play session.

She is still early in her training journey and is keen to learn with the right guidance. Beetroot has already picked up several new behaviours through simple luring, showing she’s bright, responsive, and enjoys working with her humans. Like many young, enthusiastic dogs, she can get excited — she’s an eager greeter, currently building her loose-lead skills, and may alert bark at home. With consistent routines, positive training methods, and opportunities to release her energy, she settles beautifully and continues to improve every day.

Beetroot has been in foster care with and socialised with a wide range of dogs and does well with dog-savvy, school-aged children. She would thrive in a home ready to continue her training, embrace her joyful personality, and enjoy a fun-loving companion who gives back tenfold in affection and loyalty.
