Meet Charlie! He is a quiet, sweet, and gentle boy bonded closely with his best friend, Timmy. Shy at first, Charlie blossoms with patience and kindness, and soon leans in for a soft chin scratch, offering soft purrs and slow blinks. He waits until Timmy receives affection, then finds the courage to enjoy some himself. He would love a good rotation of toys to play with, high places to perch, and scratching posts to scratch.
