About Milkshake
Hi. I am Milkshake.
Although these days most people call me Danger Mouse and honestly it suits me perfectly.
I am the kind of kitten who is always right under your feet. Always curious. Always involved. I do not really do hiding anymore. If something interesting is happening, I am there. If nothing is happening, I am probably napping right out in the open where everyone can see me.
I love my siblings and play beautifully with them. I am confident with other cats and feel pretty certain I would be just fine making new feline friends. Confidence is definitely my thing.
Dogs used to be interesting creatures. Now they are furniture I can climb on. I am completely comfortable with them and will happily curl up on or next to them while they are sleeping. I am not bothered by their presence at all and actually seem to enjoy being part of their space.
I am a very affectionate boy. I love pats. I love laps. I am happy to be picked up and carried around like I own the place. I follow my people everywhere and supervise everything they do. You will never be alone again. Ever.
I am good with kids, but I need the right kind of kids. I play hard and I play fast. I use my teeth and claws a lot when I am having fun and I get very enthusiastic very quickly. It is all play, but I am a pouncer and I go all in. Because of that, I would be better suited to a home without babies or very young toddlers. My foster carer has the tiny claw marks to prove it.
Strangers do not really bother me. I will say hello, hang around, and then get on with whatever important kitten business I was doing. I am adaptable and pretty unflappable these days.
Playtime is my favourite time. Rough and tumble games are my specialty. Strings and toys are excellent. Zoomies are inevitable. Please be aware that when I am zooming, I may accidentally scoot up your legs using my claws. It is not personal. It is enthusiasm.
My litter manners are perfect. I am confident. I am brave. I have an enormous personality and a very cute little strut. I will also absolutely weave between your legs and trip you if you are not paying attention. Again. Not personal.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
