Meet silver, fluff ball Maxine!

This gorgeous girl had a scary start to life as a tiny lost kitten, along with her sister Maggie. Thankfully, they ended up at the shelter and were then welcomed into foster care. At first, both girls were very scared and unsure of their new foster family, but with patience and lots of reassurance, they slowly began to come out of their shells.

Now they are completely different kitties, so much more confident, playful, and affectionate! They also spent time with their foster family's three resident cats, and after slow introductions, all five got along like a house on fire. This really helped them build their confidence and learn good social skills.

Maxine loves to play and explore so be ready to have a lot of toys! She has a soft little purr and like her sister, she will be purring at you when its food time!

Now back in the shelter, Maxine is feeling a little nervous, but once she settles in, she will truly blossom again. She has come so far and will continue to thrive in a loving home ready to give her the patience, safety, and love she deserves.
