Hi, I am Zoey.

I am the quiet observer, the one who watches from a safe spot before deciding it is time to join in. I might not rush up to greet you straight away, but if you give me time you will see just how special I am.

I have grown up with my siblings and have become much braver as I have matured. These days I love to play, especially with the other kittens, and I will happily chase a ball if you roll it my way. I am discovering that playtime is fun and that the world is not as scary as it once seemed.

Dogs do not bother me. I am very comfortable sharing space with them and often lounge around the living room while they go about their day. I do appreciate having my space respected, and my mum Marigold keeps a close eye on me. We have a very strong bond and she makes me feel safe and confident.

People are something I am still learning about. I am cautious at first, but I have shown that with gentle handling and patience I can build trust. A calm nine year old has no trouble picking me up, which shows I am capable of connecting when I feel secure. I am becoming more independent and confident every day, even if I still take my time.

I would likely do beautifully in a calm home where I can continue to grow at my own pace. I use my litter perfectly and have lovely manners. I am not demanding or loud, just quietly sweet and thoughtful.

I may be the kind of kitten who blooms slowly, but when I do, it is something truly special. I am Zoey, a gentle soul looking for someone who understands that trust is built with kindness and time.
