About Toffee
Just like her namesake sweet, Toffee is absolutely gorgeous and irresistibly sweet once you get to know her. She may be a little shy at first-think of her as a treat that needs a moment to soften-but with patience and gentle care, her lovely personality soon melts through.
Because of her light-coloured features, Toffee would be happiest as an indoor cat, where she can stay safe and comfortable. She'll thrive in a home that offers plenty of enrichment activities to keep her busy, from interactive toys to cozy spots where she can relax and watch the world go by.
Toffee is best suited to a calm home that respects her need for time to settle in and allows her to come out of her wrapper at her own pace. With a slow and careful introduction, she may enjoy sharing her space with another cat. If you're looking for a sweet companion who's worth the wait, Toffee could be the perfect little treat for your home. 🍬
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
