Meet Chanel 🐾
Chanel is a sweet, affectionate little girl with a heart full of love and an impressive talent for stealing pillows. This gorgeous kitten sleeps with her humans every single night and firmly believes bedtime is a shared activity, preferably with cuddles.
Chanel absolutely adores the company of other cats and will need a feline friend in her forever home to keep her happy and confident. She thrives on companionship and loves having a buddy to play, nap, and share life with. She has also been exposed to a small dog (a toy poodle) and handled it beautifully, showing just how adaptable and friendly she is.
Playtime is one of Chanel’s favourite things, toys are a big hit, but treats? Treats are her true love language. She is a massive treats fiend and will happily work her way into your heart in exchange for snacks and affection. Because of this, Chanel forms strong bonds with her people and truly wants to be your best friend and constant companion.
If you’re looking for a loving, social kitten who will be by your side day and night (and possibly take over your pillow), Chanel might just be your perfect match.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
