About Wally
Wally is a gorgeous girl with a independent streak and a personality all her own. She's one of five siblings who came into our care at around 4.5 weeks old after being found without their mum nearby. A kind member of the public took the kittens to their local vet, who then contacted us for help.
With no mum to care for them, Wally and her siblings were bottle-fed every four hours around the clock until they were old enough to be weaned. Despite sharing the same tough start, each kitten in this litter has grown into a confident little individual with their own unique quirks.
Wally is the independent one of the grroup. She is perfectly content doing her own thing and quietly observing the world around her. She's curious, self-assured and happy to entertain herself, but she also loves to muck around with her siblings when the mood strikes, joining in the games and kitten chaos.
And a little fun fact about Wally.... for the longest time, we thought she was a boy! By the time we realised, we simply couldn't bring ourselves to change the name she'd had since day one... so Wally she stayed, and it suits her perfectly 😂.
Wally would love to find a forever home with one of her siblings (Willa, Wilbur, Wendy or Willy), or alternatively a home with a friendly resident cat for companionship.

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
