Meet Poppy 🐱
Poppy is a sweet and gentle girl who can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she feels safe, her lovely, affectionate personality shines through.
She is looking for a calm indoor home with a predictable routine, where she can settle in, feel secure, and enjoy her surroundings at her own pace. Poppy may also enjoy the company of another friendly cat, following a slow and patient introduction.
This little foodie loves her treats and mealtimes, which can be a great way to win her trust and make her feel at home. With patience, kindness, and a quiet environment, Poppy will blossom into a devoted and charming companion.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
