About Nash
Nash is a 3 year old beautiful black and white border collie x with a glass half full approach to life. He can’t tell us how he lost one of his back legs but it doesn’t slow him down or diminish his love of life.
He travels well in the car and will happily join in all your adventures. He loves toys and balls and is always up for some playtime, even better if foster mum joins in. Or if the day involves pottering around the garden and home, he’s ok with that too. Once the fun is over though, he’ll switch off and settle in his bed or on the couch beside you for cuddles.
Nash has attended companion dog training at a dog club while in foster care. He is a quick learner and knows many behaviours, including sit, drop, hand shake, wait, stay, go to bed, catch. He is house and crate trained but prefers to sleep in his bed near the front door. He loves loves loves walks and has been learning to walk on a loose lead while in foster care.
Nash will thrive with plenty of mental stimulation and people who understand the needs of herding breeds. He would love to continue his companion dog training.
Nash is looking for a quiet home without cats, free range chickens or small children, where he has room to stretch his 3 legs and someone to keep him company most of the time. He is happily sharing his foster home with 4 other dogs but would also be happy as an only dog.

Nash is located in NSW.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
