Annabelle is a sweet, mature little lady who is searching for a calm and understanding home. She could happily live with another dog. She would be most comfortable with another small-breed companion, as she can feel a little nervous at times.
She would be best suited to a home with older children, as loud noises and fast movements can worry her. In the right environment, Annabelle's playful side shines through - she absolutely loves playing fetch with her toys, especially soft ones, and is currently working on bringing them back to her person.
Annabelle will need a securely fenced yard with no gaps, as her safety is a priority. Her ideal home would be with someone who has experience with her breed, as her coat requires regular maintenance.
She is happiest when she has company and would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. Annabelle has shown some distress when left alone, so a family or individual who can offer her plenty of companionship, reassurance, and routine would be ideal.
