Buddy

Meet the handsome Buddy, a gentle soul who is now ready to find his forever family. Buddy came into care overweight, but through careful management he has reached a much healthier weight and is feeling fantastic.

Buddy is incredibly easy-going and affectionate. He simply loves being wherever you are and taking part in whatever you’re doing. Friendly to everyone he meets, Buddy gets along well with people, other cats and dogs alike.

Buddy will need to be an indoor cat, ideally with access to a secure cat run. This is important to limit his time in the sun due to his white nose and ear tips, and because he has a tendency to wander if given the chance.

He would suit a wide range of households but does need company. Buddy would be happiest with people who are home often, or with another furry companion to keep him company. He should be fine with children of all ages, with supervision recommended for those under 12.

Although still a big boy, Buddy is healthy, agile and enjoying life. His new family will need to be committed to maintaining his healthy weight so he can continue to thrive.
