Meet Miya, a stunning ginger and white sweetheart with a gentle soul. Miya can be a little reserved when she first arrives somewhere new, taking careful steps as she gets to know her environment and the people in it. But once she feels safe, her affectionate nature shines through. She becomes a loving, soft-hearted companion who adores gentle pats, slow cuddles, and calm company.

Miya has recently come back into care after struggling in a home with a young child. She finds the fast movements and unpredictable noise of small children overwhelming, so she’s looking for a quieter household where she can relax without stress. She is comfortable with older, respectful children around 10 years and up who understand how to give her space when she needs it.

This beautiful girl also needs to be the only pet in the home — other cats and dogs stress her out and can lead to fighting.
