Dear Future Family, I don’t know who you are yet, or what your voices sound like, or which one of you will become my favourite lap. But I know you’re out there. I’ve been waiting for you through cold nights, long days, and moments when hope felt like the only warm thing I had left.

Before I was rescued, the world was big and lonely. I slept wherever I could — under bushes, beneath cars, curled against cold concrete. Sometimes the stars were the only ones who saw me. But even then, I whispered to myself: “Someone is looking for me. Someone will love me.” And now… I’m writing to you, because I believe you’re the ones I’ve been waiting for.

About me: I love humans with my whole heart — loudly, proudly, and constantly. I chirp when I see you. I follow you like your shadow. I tell you I missed you even if you only left the room for a moment. I sleep on your chest because it feels like the safest place in the world. I’m still learning how to be gentle. No one taught me softness when I was little, but I’m trying every day. I hope you’ll be patient with me as I keep learning how to be the best version of myself.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I love kids - especially the giggly ones - but I can get a little too excited sometimes. Kids over 3 are perfect for me, because they understand when I need a moment to calm my little warrior heart.

I don’t mind other cats, but I can be a bit bossy. If you already have a cat, a slow introduction is best. Or I’d be just as happy being your one-and-only house panther.

Dogs? Yes. Absolutely yes! My Foster Mum’s dog is my favourite playmate. Their waggy tails are irresistible.

Likes / Dislikes
I’ve lived outside, so now I treasure every moment indoors — especially if it’s beside you.

I love:
- Being carried like a baby
- Feather wands (my sworn enemy)
- Balls, toys, and anything that moves
- Mouse videos — my personal Netflix
- Biscuits all day
- Wet food morning and night
- Sleeping on my human every night
- Knowing I’m safe as an indoor kitty. I also love my secure cat run outside to sit in when the sun is out.

My PURR-fect home would be one where I never have to wonder if I’m wanted with a family who sees the brave little soul behind the silliness. A human who will let me curl up on their chest and fall asleep to the sound of their heartbeat. A place where I can finally stop surviving… and simply be someone’s cat. I don’t need perfection. I just need you.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

*Bronn's adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Bronn has Gingivitis, which is inflammation of the gums. This condition may require treatment on and off throughout his life. Bronn will need his teeth checked at his annual vaccination. He may need treatment in between these times (of steroids and/or antibiotics) if the condition worsens. He may need teeth extracted in the future.

Bronn is FIV and FelV negative.
