About Darcy
Meet Darcy, who has the sweetest soul and the softest eyes. This lovely girl is affectionate, sensitive and eager to bond, forming deep connections with her people once she feels safe. Darcy can be a little underconfident in new situations and is still learning how to navigate the world, but with patience, kindness and positive training she truly shines. She's very food motivated, learning to play with soft toys, and would thrive in a home that values routine, reassurance and gradual confidence building. Darcy is best suited to a quiet, understanding household, a secure yard, and a commitment to ongoing reward-based training.
She may be able to go home with another dog, with dog-savvy owners and pending a meet and greet. While underconfident, she may also suit older children, as long as they are gentle and quiet and understanding of Darcy's space. She has previously lived with cats, and may be able to in a new home, with slow introductions and management.
If you're looking for a devoted companion who will reward your time and care with endless love, Darcy is ready to find her forever home.
