About Lemon Squeezy
*In foster care in Newtown, Sydney*
Lemon Squeezy is a gentle-natured boy looking for his forever home. He loves to play like it's a full-time job, and he's also recently discovered climbing!
When he's ready to knock off for the day Lemon Squeezy always curls up right next to his foster mum, and he's learning that it’s nice when she moves him closer for snuggles :) While we're yet to locate the 'On' switch for his purr, he does have a very sweet chirp and he isn't shy about calling out when he wants some attention!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Lemon Squeezy is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'll do well with a nice single person, couple or family who'll engage in interactive play with me, and keep teaching me about the joy of human snuggles! I've grown up alongside my sister, so having another cat around for company and to play with would also be great.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm full of beans! Climbing is my newest passion, so a good cat tree is a must :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: A family with cat-experienced children sounds lovely to me! I’m very tolerant, and I don’t mind being picked up and held.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Excellent for cats! I'm untested with dogs at this point, but being so confident I might be able to make it work with a friendly one.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
