About Tigger
We have 6 beautiful Dutch Shepherd x Rottweiler puppies who are looking for dedicated families of their own.
These puppies are friendly and cheeky, and would make great training/trialing buddies!
Being a mix of two highly intelligent breeds known for their working drives, it’s important that their new owners put the time in to providing them with daily training and mentally stimulating activities to help them thrive. (This will be for their adult lives as well – not just while they’re puppies!) The puppies are not suited to children under 12 years.
Dutch shepherds in particular are a confident and assertive breed who require good leadership and clear rules from their owners. As these puppies grow, they are likely to be more challenging than your average puppy. Unwanted behaviours such as mouthing and destructiveness are likely to arise if their training/stimulation needs are not met.
These bright puppies have so much potential to be extremely rewarding, highly skilled dogs in the right hands, they just need someone to help them utilize their strengths.
Please do your research on both breeds before applying.
You can fill out an expression of interest form below, and a staff member will endeavor to be in touch shortly.
*Please note that we will not be taking applications for specific puppies, you will be matched to the one that suites your situation best. When filling in the application, please write 'puppies' where it asks for the name of the animal you wish to adopt.*
