Beautiful Blue is a tiny whirlwind who loves to play and explore!
The ultimate adventurer, this curious kitty adores chasing laser pointers, attacking wand toys and conquering new horizons (eg a cupboard mistakenly left open). She’s a talkative queen and enjoys gentle pats on her neck to drift off to sleep, making her a charming companion for work-from-home days :)
Blue also likes to admire herself in the mirror, practice her hurdles over cardboard boxes (not always successfully), and spend time hanging out with other friendly cats!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Blue is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: A calm, loving home where my playful energy and talkative nature are appreciated would be amazing! I can be a bit reserved with new people at first, so you'll need to be patient as I settle in - but once I feel comfortable my silly and affectionate side shines through :)
In a totally purrfect world, I'd adore it if my human spends plenty of time at home - ie working remotely or retired - due to my love of companionship, interactive toys and gentle pats by your side. I think I'd also enjoy having another nice cat or two to bond with!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Pretty typical for my age, I'd say. I'm a young lady, so while my kittenish days are behind me I still have a playful spirit. But I do balance my high activity levels with lots of calm moments, preferably next to you :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't met any children yet, given my playful and affectionate nature I may do well with kind, respectful kids aged 10+.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I've lived with my sibling in the past, and I have a feeling I'd enjoy multi-pet life after a slow, supervised introduction to any furry friends already in residence.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
