With a unique meow that sounds like a cross between a seal and a dolphin, Benson is a delightful, gentle, confident and friendly boy who will warm your heart in an instant.

Initially he may seem unsure and may want to hide, but when given reassurance, he's right there asking for you to stay with him and to enjoy each other's company and to smooch up to you.

Eating his food, playing with toys, being brushed and patted are other things that Benson also enjoys. However, being picked up and held is not something Benson is currently keen on, nor being friends with the resident pet cat, although he has been around other cats previously, albeit it not paying them much attention. He's also been around a friendly puppy, and enjoyed being licked and played with.

Benson is litter trained, and would be a delightful companion for most homes. This boy is just beautiful.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, flea and worm treatment, microchip - including the transfer of ownership - and sterilisation.

ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen cat is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
