Mittens

Hi, I am Mittens. The grey girl with the white socks who is always just a little bit curious about everything.

I have not met any grown up cats yet, but I absolutely adore my two siblings. We play hard, nap close and keep each other entertained all day. I also really like calm dogs. If you have one, I will happily smooch past to say hello, maybe have a gentle game, then settle on the floor nearby while you all watch TV. I am very relaxed about life like that.

I could be an only pet, as long as you have time for me. I love attention and play and being part of whatever is happening in the house. I am gentle with children and happy to be picked up for a cuddle, then put down again so I can get back to important kitten business. As long as kids are kind and calm, we will be just fine together.

New people do not worry me at all. Especially if they arrive with a treat or a jingle toy. My favourite games are full zoomies and wild chase sessions with my siblings. Wrestle mania happens daily and I am always involved. When it comes to the litter tray, I am perfect. No accidents. No drama.

One thing you should know about me is that I cannot resist an open door. Pantry, fridge, dishwasher, laundry, cupboards. If something opens, I must investigate what is on the other side. I am very inquisitive and I take that job seriously. I am gentle and affectionate with a soft little voice. I enjoy short cuddles, lots of purrs, then I am ready to jump down and play again. Later on, I will happily snuggle beside you on the couch while you relax.

I was found very young with no mum and had a rough start, but you would never know it now. I am confident, loving and full of life. If you are looking for a sweet kitten who is playful, curious and full of personality, I might just be your girl.
