About Ben
Ben—affectionately known as Benny—is a handsome 4-year-old grey boy who takes his role in his foster home very seriously. He is the self-appointed boss of the household, President of the Welcoming Committee, buffet inspector, and an excellent role model to all new feline recruits. Refined and quietly reserved, Benny brings a calm, reassuring presence wherever he goes.
Once settled, Benny becomes a wonderful companion—happy simply spending time near you and keeping you company. Recently diagnosed with diabetes, Benny now needs insulin injections twice a day, but he handles his needles and vet visits with impressive ease. He loves his food and takes everything in his stride.
Benny would be perfectly happy as the only cat in the home but he also gets along beautifully with other cats and could easily be a great second fur baby. That said, since he’s thriving on his special diet, being an only cat might be the best fit for him.
If you’re looking for a steady, gentle cat with a big heart and a touch of distinguished charm, Benny might be the perfect match.
To meet Benny, please send us a fb message, email or call us on 0404 753 227. We will help you arrange a meet and greet in his foster home in Forestville.
Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven, with all proceeds going into saving animals and caring for them until they find loving homes.
If Benny is not the cat for you, please monitor our website for your perfect match!
