Lionel

Lionel is a gentle young boy who has come a long way, making heart-melting progress every single day. He may be shy at first, but once he feels safe, his soft, affectionate nature begins to shine through.

He’s already showing his trust with quiet moments of snuggles, slow blinks, and even purring while resting his head or paws on his foster humans. He’ll curiously approach for hand sniffs and is learning that pats are pretty wonderful — especially when treats are involved.

Lionel is wonderfully cat-social and has integrated well with his foster family’s cats. He loves to play, chase, and explore with them, and his kitten energy brings out his fun, silly side. He chirps, he zooms, and his signature move is flopping over like he wants belly rubs… even if he’s not quite brave enough for them yet.

Lionel will thrive in a calm, patient home that can give him time to adjust and continue growing his confidence. With gentle people and possibly another cat, he’ll blossom into an affectionate, loyal little companion.
