About Tinsel
**URGENT: Help Needed for Townsville's Cat Crisis**
Townsville is currently facing a cat crisis. It is estimated that 30 cats are euthanized every day due to a lack of space in our shelters—over 10,000 cats annually. The local animal shelter is at capacity, and local rescue groups are reluctant to take in cats older than six months due to difficulties in rehoming adult cats. We’re happy to help arrange interstate transport if needed—adopter would just need to cover the costs.
🎄✨ Tinsel’s Christmas Wish – Adopt This Gentle Little Star ✨🎄
Tinsel didn’t have the merry beginning every kitten deserves. On a chilly morning in December, he was found—along with his siblings—dumped at the rescue’s doorstep with nothing but his tiny hopeful heart to keep him warm.
But true to his name, Tinsel has a way of bringing sparkle back into even the toughest moments.
From the second he was scooped up, he melted into gentle hands, purring softly as if he already knew brighter days were ahead.
This sweet little boy is calm, affectionate, and wonderfully well-handled. He loves curling up beside the people he trusts, soaking in gentle pats and the magic of being loved. Tinsel isn’t demanding—he’s simply wishing for a safe, warm home where he can spend his first real Christmas.
If you’re looking for a kitten who’s as soft in nature as he is in spirit, Tinsel will be your perfect holiday companion. He’s ready to bring warmth, peace, and a touch of Christmas magic into your life.
