Hi, I'm Tucker!
I'm a sweet, sensitive boy who's looking for a calm and loving home where I can truly shine. When I first came into care, I was very nervous, and I might feel the same way when I first move into my new home-but with patience, kindness, and a little time, I'll start to feel safe and confident.
I'll need to go home with another dog, male or female, to help me build confidence and show me the ropes. We'll meet first to make sure we're the perfect match! Because I'm a bit shy, I'd do best with older children who can give me space when I need it. A secure fence is important too, so I can explore safely.
I'm not super interested in toys right now, but that might change once I settle in. As a working breed, I'll need mental stimulation and I really enjoy hard enrichment activities-they help me feel calm and happy. Once I've found my confidence, I'd love to be part of family activities and outings, because deep down, I just want to belong.
