About Dax
Meet Dax, a special girl looking for a loving home. Dax can adjust well to being around other dogs and even livestock, able to go on walks once she's learnt to trust you.
At home, Dax is accustomed to sleeping in her cozy crate, which serves as her personal sanctuary. She values her space inside it as a safe haven, ensuring she feels secure and comfortable.
While Dax is brimming with potential, she thrives best in a patient home where her cautious nature is understood and appreciated. While she prefers to keep her distance from strangers, Dax can become an affectionate companion for the special people in her life who give her the patience, time and space to develop trust.
Dax has a fear of fluorescent clothing and a tendency toward food and treat aggression, but with care and understanding, she's sure to make a lovable, loyal addition to the right home. Being aware of her boundaries and embracing her personality are key to forming a lasting bond with this remarkable dog.
If you have the understanding and patience for a dog like Dax, she might just be the perfect match for your family.
Medical notes
Dax has some skin sensitivity. She is on treatment from the vet and eats food that is suitable for sensitive skin. We also add Salmon oil to her food. While there has been improvement her treatment will need to continue.
