About Max
Max may only be two years old, but he carries the calm, wise energy of an old soul. This handsome boy adores affection and will happily sit for hours just gazing lovingly into your eyes—especially if head pats are on offer!
Max is thriving in foster care, currently living with a female dog and doing beautifully. He socialises well with other dogs and people on walks, though he can sometimes approach and bark at men. With gentle guidance and positive experiences, he’s improving every day.
Generally a reserved boy, Max still has a playful streak. Take him to the beach and his cheeky side comes out—zooming around and having fun with his doggy friend Bella.
Max is doing well in foster care with secure colour bond fencing. He has great whistle recall already and is learning to improve his leash manners.
Max is looking for a home that can offer:
• A secure yard
• Gentle, patient guidance as he continues to build confidence
• A family who will enjoy his affectionate nature and soulful personality
• Optional: a friendly dog companion he can buddy up with
If you’re looking for a sweet, devoted boy who will love you endlessly, Max is ready to steal your heart. 💛🐶
