Hi guys! š
My name is Sam, I'm a five month old Australian Cattle Dog but in Aussie I'm called a Red Heeler. š
I'm a total people pleaser, patient and sweet. I love humans and dogs alike. As I'm a social guy, I'm really looking for an active family with another playful dog for company.
I love hanging out with my 2 foster siblings and all their friends; Greyhounds, Collies, Jack Russells, to name a few. I get along with all dogs I meet and I love a good wrestle, zoomies or just running around taking in all the smells with my buddies. š„³
I am currently learning my basic manners but I am so smart that i already got it covered. I am very food motivated and learn quickly. My foster mum and dad are teaching me crate training, different tricks and to not pull on my leash (not everything is a race) ⦠but I am an Australian Cattle Dog and I just love running around. I currently sleep in my crate through the night wrapped up in my warm blanket.
I am living with cats and learning to ignore them but they still lure me into chasing them mercilessly, so maybe best not to go to a house with cats.
I'm looking for a family that will involve me in their daily lives, are prepared to continue my training and ensure I remain a happy boy by taking me on daily walks and chasing a tennis ball, although we do need to work on me bringing it back for you to throw again. š¾
If this sounds like you, please put in an application and letās become best friends.
Hugs and fun coming your way,
Sam xoxo ā¤š¾
