Peanut / Rhino

Rhino and Peanut are a pair of 1 year old bonded brothers looking for a gentle, loving indoor home to call their own. These sweethearts were sadly surrendered after their family welcomed a new baby and no longer had time for them, so they’re now hoping for a second chance together.

Rhino, true to his strong name, is the braver and more confident of the pair.
Peanut is a little more reserved and shy, taking his cues from his brother and warming up slowly and sweetly.

We suspect they haven’t had much time out of confinement lately, so they’re still finding their feet. With patience, gentle handling and a calm home, these boys will absolutely blossom into affectionate, social companions. They’re already adorable, they just need someone willing to let them shine.

Rhino and Peanut must stay together, as they rely on each other for comfort and confidence. They’re looking for an indoor home where they’ll be included in daily life, given enrichment, and offered safe, supervised free-roam or exploration time.

We can also provide their current cage and supplies for an additional donation to help them settle into their new home with ease.
