Chuck is a sweet miniature dachshund with a gentle soul and a big heart. He's looking for a loving home where he can feel secure and adored.

About Chuck:
- Small breed - perfect for snuggles and family life.
- Needs secure fencing, especially at the bottom
- Can be a little reserved at first but warms up quickly once he feels safe.
- Open to meeting children of all ages - just needs calm introductions.
- Must have indoor/outdoor access so he can enjoy both comfort and fresh air.

- Chuck needs to be adopted with his friend Dixie and would show signs of distress being apart. They need to find a home together to keep their bond strong.
- Breed experience preferred but not essential - patience and kindness are key!
- Both dogs are still learning to walk on lead, so ongoing leash training will be needed.
- Must meet all family members, including any children or doggie friends, at the time of the meet and greet to ensure everyone gets along.
