Meet Molly, a sweet, loyal, and endlessly energetic girl who is ready to find her forever home. Molly has only been in foster care a short time, but she has already shown her big personality and zest for life. She is curious, affectionate, and always on the go. If there’s something happening, Molly wants to be part of it.
Molly’s favourite pastime is play. She loves her stuffed toys and will happily bring them to you wherever you are, eager for a game of fetch or tug-of-war. She thrives on interaction and would be delighted to have a canine companion who shares her enthusiasm for play. Walks are another highlight of her day, she jumps with joy when her harness comes out and enjoys exploring gardens and bushes with her nose leading the way. Trips to Bunnings are a treat, where she soaks up pats from strangers.
She also delights in rolling around on the grass for a good scratch, and has been "helping" her foster mum water the plants by trying to drink straight from the hose. Her playful curiosity knows no bounds!
This confident girl has adjusted quickly to foster life. She walks well on lead, travels fine in the car, and sleeps peacefully overnight in her play pen. In the mornings she waits patiently in her bed for her humans to wake. Molly is affectionate and loves to give kisses, but she is not a lap dog — life is too exciting to spend curled up on the couch.
Molly is very intelligent and inquisitive. She has quickly learned to use the dog door. She knows basic commands and is keen to learn more, especially with consistent training. She greets other dogs politely on walks with curiosity and respect.
She'd love a home with people who can match her energy and provide plenty of play, affection, and stimulation. She would thrive with a high-energy doggy companion to keep her company and share her adventures. She'll be fine around older children but has not been tested with cats.
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, loyal, and spirited dog who will bring joy and laughter to your home, Molly could be the perfect match. She is ready to share her boundless energy and affection with a family who will embrace her lively nature.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer free assistance for six weeks for any issues, a lifetime takeback policy with full refund of the adoption fee, and will always be available to offer advice.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.
