Meet Piggy: The Gentle Green-Eyed Explorer
Piggy is a sweet, soft-hearted girl with stunning green eyes and a growing sense of adventure. Each day she becomes a little braver—wandering farther through the house, batting at toys with newfound enthusiasm, and keeping herself always within sight like a tiny, loyal shadow. She’s discovering the joy of play and the comfort of companionship, and she does it all at her own thoughtful pace.
Though she enjoys exploring, Piggy also loves being near her people. She may not be huge on handling but she shows her affection in her own way—by sticking close, curling nearby, and watching everything with her curious, gentle gaze. She’s a sweetheart who blossoms more each day.
Piggy loves chicken and treats—especially churu. I’m pretty sure she has a bionic ear, because the moment that packet makes the tiniest sound, she bolts straight to me!

🏡 My Ideal Home
Piggy is still becoming her best self. With a bit of time and patience, Piggy will be your best friend and companion. At this stage she's best suited to home without children. She’d love a space where she can do a few zoomies and then retreat to a quiet, cozy spot for a well-earned nap.

Professional napper by day.
After a meal? A short, spirited zoomie—then right back to chill mode.
👶 My Suitability to Children
Piggy isn’t totally comfortable being picked up yet, but she adores being near people and will happily follow you around. She's best suited to homes without children under 12.
🐾 My Suitability to Other Cats or Dogs
She has a feisty, loving sister named Jupiter—whom she pretends to tolerate but secretly adores. A respectful cat friend would likely be a welcome addition.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
