If you’re looking for a sweet little girl who lives for snuggles and has a magical way of melting the hearts of even the grumpiest older pets - look no further than Leela!
This playful, curious kitten adores zoomies, toys and exploring - but the moment you sit down, she's ready to curl up and purr herself to sleep on your lap. And food? Oh, how she LOVES food! Treats, dinner, snacks… if it’s edible, she's into it!
Leela's also a bit of an oddball (in the cutest possible way, of course), as she *gasp* likes being bathed! She floats in the warm water and gets so relaxed that by the time she's out and being towel-dried, she's likely to have fallen asleep :)
Affectionate, fun and full of personality - in short, everything you’d want in a kitten - gorgeous Leela is the purrfect companion. She can’t wait to find her forever home and shower her new family with cuddles!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Gnocchi is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I adore company, human or animal - so a social sort of home with lots going on and plenty of warm bodies to snuggle would be amazing!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Is 'velociraptor' an energy level? I tend to play to exhaustion, then crash - hopefully on a person who loves me :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven’t spent time with any children but nothing I've encountered so far has fazed me! Dogs, lightning, teenagers or the vet - it's all good, so I imagine kids would be too.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I’m a little social butterfly who gets along with everyone, pets included! The resident animals in my foster home love me, and I adore them right back. My foster mum says I 'have the touch' - apparently no one else can charm the grumpy cat except for me - but I won her over with gentle persistence and sweetness.
The resident Labrador gets nose-boops and surprise dives from the couch. If you’re after a friendly kitten who fits beautifully into a multi-pet home, I'm your purrfect match!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
