Poppy

Poppy is a very happy, playful young girl who would love to become part of an active family, with slightly older children who can include her in all their daily activities. She is extremely affectionate, is a really lovable, gentle goofball who will try to sit on your lap and lick your ears! She hasn't had the best start in life and will need good quality nutrition to build up her body weight over the next few months. Poppy needs a family where there are people around on and off during the day, so she is not left alone for hours on end and having a new doggy sibling who is still at a playful age would be a bonus. She is social with other dogs but gets excitable, although very respectful if she is told her play is not acceptable. Poppy is obedient to basic commands to sit and wait, understands stop and responds to her name, she walks well on the lead and has nice manners, she is a very smart young lady and will respond well to further gentle training, love and affection. She will steal your heart!
