Sapphire

Meet Sapphire, and like her name, she's precious but a little shy. She'll need to be started in a small launch room and allowed time to settle before allowing her to explore the rest of the house: Saphhire can become easily overwhelmed in large open spaces. Scratch posts/Cat trees, hides (like cardboard boxes and cat igloos), access to shelves/dressers to provide ample safe spaces, both high and low - all provide an ideal environment for her wellbeing. The ideal adopter is someone who is patient and understanding and recognises that she'll be timid going into a new environment and may take a little while to settle in before she shows her true self! We recommend only older children who are more mindful of cat body language: although she has lived in a home with a young child previously. She may also be okay with a calm social dog in the home as she's lived with a dog in the past without any problems.
