About Indigo
Meet Indigo, a delightful 1-year-old Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix looking for a loving family to call her own. With her soft fur and gentle soul, Indigo will quickly win your heart. While she may be a little shy initially, it won't take long for her affectionate personality to shine through, rewarding you with a lifetime of loyalty and love.
Indigo is suited for a home where her new family is lovingly committed to her well-being and care. With children over 5 preferred due to her size, she thrives in an environment of gentle interactions and enthusiastic companionship. You'll find that once she feels secure and comfortable, Indigo transforms into an endearing little friend, always ready to offer her affection. Indigo likes her person to be hers and will chase away cats if they come near you.
This charming canine is social with other small dogs, making her an excellent addition to a home where she can enjoy the company of furry pals. Her interactions with other dogs at the rescue have been positive, and she's eager to share her world with like-minded, gentle-hearted playmates.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
