Meet Fonzarelli, our beautiful nine year old gentleman who is finally ready for the soft, steady life he has always deserved.

Fonzarelli has not had an easy past, but this boy has a huge amount of love to give the people he trusts. Once he knows you, he melts into affection and enjoys every bit of gentle attention. He is a loyal companion who shines in a quiet home with a predictable routine. If you are someone who is home often and lives a peaceful life without many visitors, he will think all his Christmases have come at once.

His world used to feel very overwhelming, so he has learnt to use a crate as his safe space. It helps him relax when new people visit and allows introductions to happen slowly and kindly. This has made such a difference for him and will set him up beautifully in the right home.

Fonzarelli is a clever boy who loves to learn. He is house trained, sleeps soundly through the night and waits politely for his meals. He listens well, enjoys routine and is very food motivated which makes training fun. He does not have separation anxiety and is happy to potter about at home while you duck out.

He walks nicely on lead once he settles, though he is a strong lad and needs a confident human to guide him. He can also be a little cheeky and will help himself to food if it is left on the counter, so a tidy kitchen will be appreciated.

Fonzarelli is a sweet, sensitive soul who needs someone patient, experienced and ready to help him feel safe in the world. In return, he will offer deep loyalty, quiet companionship and the kind of love that feels extra special because he had to learn how to trust.
