About Blossom
***WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FOSTER CARERS TO HELP US OUT SO IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PROVIDE A TEMPORARY HOME FOR ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFUL CATS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE MORE CARERS WE HAVE AVAILABLE TO LEND A HAND THE MORE CATS WE CAN HELP REHOME***
Blossom and Jiji are two of the sweetest little ladies that you're ever likely to meet.
They had a rough start to life and originally came from a hoarding situation as tiny little kittens :( But an amazing rescue service was able to save them from that environment and find them homes with their previous owners.
Since that time they have evolved into loving and affectionate little ladies.
Sadly Blossom and Jiji are once again looking for their new forever home after spending the first year of their lives with loving owners who had to regrettably make the difficult decision to rehome them due to changes in personal circumstances.
They come from a loving household and have a lot of love to give.
Blossom is a medium hair diluted tortoiseshell with a gorgeous caramel and blue-grey swirled coat. She’s shy at first and cautious of new people, but incredibly sweet and affectionate once she feels safe with you. She's a purr machine who loves being held, makes the most impressive pretzel shapes, and while she loves a good play, she really loves to lounge. Her hobbies include spinning in circles chasing her own shadow, chatting to birds and the SodaStream machine, and she has the biggest, most beautiful and expressive feather duster of a tail!
Jiji is a short hair black cat, a little pocket rocket compared to her much larger ‘sister’. She’s curious, playful, a bit more adventurous and mischievous, has the tiniest little meow and her love language is gentle little nibbles. She makes biscuits on every surface possible, and absolutely loves a lap (though doesn’t like being held - she’s a wriggler). She likes to make herself your little shadow, following you around to see what you're up to, and is an expert in finding sunny spots to stretch out or curl up in.
They're an incredibly sweet and entertaining duo with lots of love, cuddles and kisses to give! They would thrive in a home where they can roam freely without competition from other pets and ideally without young children. They're a little frightened of small humans, though they do become more curious and tolerant with longer exposure.
Due to their rough start in life, these little princesses have sensitive stomachs, some foods give them runny stools, but their previous owners had the best success feeding them Royal Canin Hypoallergenic.
Jiji: 956000016577907
Blossom: 956000016583128
Both these little ladies are just over 12 months old and have been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and are available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide these gorgeous little souls with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with them.

A little about us:
Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.
Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.
We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
We have recently created a Go Fund Me towards this end so if you would like to donate towards our cause you can find it by searching for Urban Feline Australia.
Otherwise please check out our social media to learn a bit more about what we do.

Adoption details
We try to make things very easy and straight forward while at the same time making sure we are matching the right cat to the right home.
The first step in the adoption process is a quick chat over the phone to make you are able meet the cats needs and your home is a good fit for the cats personality.
From there we will organize a meet and greet the cats foster home where you will be able to see the cat in action and get a gauge of their personality.
Once you have adopted you new furry feline friend we offer ongoing support and you are welcome to contact us anytime if you have questions, concerns or need advice.
We work hard to make sure that each cat is a good fit for their new home but in the unlikely even that things do not work out we have a 21 day cooling off period and you are more than welcome to return the cat to us during that time.
We will happily refund 50% of the adoption fee or you are welcome to donate this refund to assist with the ongoing cost of the animals care.
