The Perfect Roommate

Charlie is the ultimate gentleman. He’s a "people dog" through and through, especially when it comes to children. While he has a healthy appetite, he’s far too polite to beg at the table—he’d much rather wait his turn!

He is also incredibly respectful of your space. He’ll actually check with you before hopping onto the couch for a snuggle. When he’s had his fill of social time, he appreciates having a quiet "chill zone" where he can go for some solo downtime.
Leisure & Lifestyle

If you’re looking for a marathon partner, Charlie might suggest a nap instead. While he enjoys his walks, he’s a low-energy guy who sometimes decides that staying home is the better option.

Social Butterfly: He loves meeting other dogs! He’s still learning to contain his excitement (he tends to rush over to say hi), so he needs a patient owner who can continue his "polite greeting" training.

Early Bird, Early Sleeper: Charlie runs on a strict (and adorable) schedule. He wakes up ready for breakfast, prefers dinner by 5:30 PM, and is usually tucked in and fast asleep by 7:30 PM.

Health & Transition

Charlie is currently on a mild medication to help him navigate the big changes in his life. He’s doing fantastic, and his dosage has already been reduced! He’ll just need a family willing to keep him on this regimen and slowly wean him off once he feels fully settled and secure in his new forever home.
