Meet Dillon

Dillon is a young male Labrador X who came into care from a pound, and he is every bit the oversized puppy. He’s wiggly, enthusiastic and full of energy, still learning all about the world and how to behave in it.

He will thrive with an owner who’s ready to put in time, structure and consistent training. Dillon is food-motivated and eager to please, but he needs someone confident who can guide him into becoming the amazing dog we know he can be.

Dillon needs a home without cats, as he finds them far too exciting and will chase. A home with another dog may be possible with slow, proper introductions, as he can be a bit cheeky and over the top in typical puppy fashion. He’s also not suited to young kids at this stage, as he is jumpy, mouthy and unaware of his size and strength.

He would suit an active home that enjoys training, routine and a bit of chaos while he grows into himself. If you’re looking for a project pup with a big personality and even bigger potential, Dillon might be your boy.
