About Jacqui
The beautiful Jacqui is ready to find her forever place in a loving family. She’s eager to fill your home with joy and companionship. Jacqui's gentle nature and loving heart make her an impeccable addition to any household, whether as a standalone furry friend or with another dog companion by her side.
Since coming into our care, Jacqui has blossomed into an ideal companion. She is toilet trained, sleeps soundly through the whole night, and showers her caregivers with endless love and affection. Her charming personality will win you over, and her devotion will make you wonder how you ever lived without her. Jacqui is a true testament to resilience and love, and she is ready to bring warmth and happiness into her new family's life.
Medical notes
This dog has been diagnosed with Grade 2/ 4 medial patella luxation (MPL) of both hind legs.
She is not showing any signs of lameness, discomfort or
skipping, medical or surgical intervention is not needed - Dogs with MPL should always be maintained at a healthy weight and
should not be allowed to become overweight because this will place
excessive load on their joints.
Jacqui has an ideal weight of around 6kg.
She recently underwent a dental and had six teeth extracted and a full scale and polish of her remaining teeth.
Adoption details
If you are short listed, you will be contacted within 7-10 working days.
No correspondence will be entered into otherwise. Phone interview will be conducted to assess the suitability of the animal for your tamily. The needs of each individual dog is our priority and we will only proceed if we feel you are a match.
Meet and Greet and fence checks with the dog are arranged at a convenient time for both the foster carer and potential adopter, including introductions to existing animals and all members of the potential home. If there are no issues, the animal is potentially able to stay at the home from this time for a 14 day trial period to ensure the match is compatible. Adoption form is filled in and adoption fee paid (refundable within the trial period). All relevant certificates are provided after the 14 day trial period.
