✨ Meet Baxter – 1-year-old Boxer in Cockatoo, VIC ✨
Baxter is a stunning brindle youngster with a big personality and even bigger zoomies! Currently in board & train, he’s doing brilliantly with his trainers. He walks beautifully on lead and is getting along well with most dogs.
Baxter isn’t your typical snuggle-bug — he’s an independent boy who enjoys affection, but always on his terms.
🧠 What Baxter Needs
Baxter requires a boxer-experienced, confident leader who can provide clear boundaries, structure and routine. Without this, he’ll happily make his own rules.
🍽️ Important Note
During training, it was discovered that Baxter resource guards dry food, so his new home must be committed to avoiding dry kibble and managing his feeding responsibly.
🌿 A Little Quirk
Baxter thinks pot plants are a tasty snack, so keep that in mind if you’re a plant lover — or keep your favourites well out of reach!
🐾 Home Requirements
• May suit a female dog who is confident enough to keep him in line
• No children under 15
• Any kids in the home must be calm, respectful, and able to follow instructions
• Fully committed, structured home willing to continue his training
