About Mikey
Meet Mikey, a confident, curious, and wonderfully vocal young boy who loves to be involved in everything happening around him. Mikey has a few ongoing medical needs, so he'll need an adopter who can provide consistent care and keep him indoors only. He may also enjoy access to a safe, enclosed catio where he can watch the world and explore securely.
This clever boy would suit a home with adults or older, cat-savvy teens who understand feline behaviour. Mikey can play quite rough at times, so he'll thrive with plenty of enrichment, interactive play, and lots of scratching towers to keep him busy and satisfied.
Full of confidence and character, Mikey is ready for a home that appreciates his bold spirit and is happy to provide the stimulation and support he needs to shine. If you're looking for an engaging, talkative companion, Mikey might be your perfect match.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
