River is the perfect mixture of menace and marshmallow. She’s smoochy, confident, cheeky, and absolutely overflowing with personality — the kind of cat who keeps you laughing every single day.
This girl LOVES other cats… like, bulldozing headbutts kind of love. Every feline friend gets greeted with full-body enthusiasm. She thrives in a home with other confident, cat-friendly cats.
But her personality doesn’t stop there…
💜 River’s Delightfully Chaotic Traits:
• A total toe biter (affectionately, of course)
• Will purr loudly, smoosh your hand… then give a cheeky little nip
• Not aggressive at all — just a comedian with questionable social skills
• Thinks human dinner is absolutely her dinner — and will try 20 times to convince you
• Growls like a tiny guard dog when she catches her teaser toy
• Has zero manners, maximum confidence, and endless sass
• Once a shy foster, now fully comfortable with humans and soaking up attention
• Loves toys, zoomies, and being involved in everything
She’s also great with kids — even young ones. She happily accepted pats from a 6-year-old and loved the attention.

🐾 Thinking of Adopting? Here’s What You Need to Know! 🐾
All of our animals come:
✔️ Desexed
✔️ Vaccinated (1–2 vaccinations – any future ones are the adopter’s responsibility)
✔️ Microchipped
✔️ Flea & Worm Treated as needed
🏡 Indoor-only homes are required – regardless of council laws.

You must fill out an adoption application before being considered for a meet & greet:

(Enquiries alone won’t be considered without a completed application!)
📝 Once approved, your adoption journey includes:
1. A friendly chat with the foster carer
2. A meet & greet
3. If it’s love – adoption! 💕

🐱 Interested in a Petstock Pod Cat?
If a cat is located in one of our Petstock pods, you’ll need to:
🏪 Visit the store in person
📄 Apply directly through that Petstock location
✅ Follow their in-store adoption process
We cannot approve applications submitted through our form for Petstock pod cats – those adoptions are managed by the stores.

• Petstock Braeside
📆 We also offer Pre-Adoptions!
