Meet Bear, this tutti frutti is the JRT X Rotti with sprinkles of other cute somethings. He looks like a brown miniature GSD. He’s longer than he is taller and only coming in at 18kgs, he’s a cute little guy 🥰

Bear LOVES toys! Soft toys are his kryptonite.
With an amazingly smart brain, totally driven by toys, this boy could become the next obedience dog extraordinaire with his drive for toys. Soft toys make snow ❄️ really fast!

Bears’ past life needs to be gently noted so his future family can understand him better and understand the love he truly deserves for his future.

Bears’ previous life was one where he had to survive - It says a lot when the pound environment has been a more stable, safe and prosperous environment for a little soul then the home they came from - our responsibility now is to ensure that Bears’ future resembles nothing of his past.

Bear previously lived with a dog, cat and children. He has been social with his canine pound buddies, however, food was rationed and sporadic, living in survival mode for some time, a home as an only dog, where he doesn’t have to compete we feel is in his best interests.

The cat he previously lived with was permanently caged, however, during our assessments Bear was respectful of the cat’s dismay of his presence - we feel a home with a cat will be ok with a slow introduction.

Bear ultimately needs a family who are going to love him, be patient, offer guidance, training, exposure and socialisation. Importantly, allow him to be apart of the family.

Bears’ adoption fee is $550, this includes - Microchip, desexing, lifetime registration, vaccination, flea and worming.
