About Rusty
Meet Rusty, a three year old Kelpie x Jack Russell Terrier boy who is bursting with affection and enthusiasm!
This high-energy boy is clear on his priorities: cuddles, food and playtime! Rusty loves his humans and playing ball and is always found in the middle of the action with his foster pack.
In care, Rusty has been tested with cats, toddlers, horses, cattle and other dogs and is curious, and playful. He has become best friends with the children in the home, and loves going off on adventures with them.
He knows his basic commands and will enjoy more advanced training and agility work, though he still needs some work on his lead manners.
Whilst Rusty is a high energy dog, he also has a good off switch, happily snuggling up for a cuddle and sleeps through the night without any problems. He needs a family who will make him part of their pack.
At only 14kg, Rusty is on the smaller side for a Kelpie mix, making him a compact adventure buddy. He will thrive in a home where he is truly part of the family, with plenty of love, structure and space to play ball. He would be happy living with or without another doggy companion.
If Rusty sounds like the boy for you, apply today!
Rusty is located in VIC.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
