About Pepe
Pepe is a beautifully balanced young pup with a soft coat and a soft personality to match. He is calm, stable and already shows the early signs of a dog who could grow into something special. Pepe settles inside remarkably well for his age and is happiest either curled on the bed or sleeping quietly at your feet. He is deeply people-focused and responds immediately when called. Wherever you are, Pepe would like to be there too.
Pepe has all the makings of a reliable little worker. He has a touch of working-dog drive, enough curiosity to take on new environments, and the smarts to problem-solve and follow direction. He shows excellent intuition for a young dog and reads people incredibly well. He respects boundaries with other dogs, listens the moment he’s shown what is expected, and naturally mirrors the energy of the household. If you’re after a future tradie’s sidekick, a farm companion, or even a pup who may be suited to assistance or therapy work with the right training, Pepe is the kind of dog who has the temperament for it.
Pepe’s father has been described as a pug x cattle mix and mum was larger. We expect Pepe to grow to a large size around 30kg.
Pepe is not a barky pup. He interacted beautifully with a 35kg dog during play with no vocalising or overwhelm. He enjoys exploring the garden, but his favourite thing is still being by your side. He is not mouthy, puppy and although he is curious about shoelaces and toes, he stops immediately when guided. Pepe is very keen on food and is currently being fed three times a day, as he is still gaining weight.
Pepe is quick, active, and ready to go when encouraged, but he also switches off beautifully when asked to rest.
He is an excellent pup for his age—steady, intelligent, intuitive and ready to bond strongly with his new person. Pepe is absolutely ready to go to his forever home now and we can’t wait to see what this boy shines to do!

This puppy will be adopted out under a desexing contract that will require the dog to be desexed by a given age. The cost of desexing will be included as part of the adoption fee. A $250 desexing bond will be payable in addition to the adoption fee and will be refunded upon proof of desexing. This process is further discussed with successful applicants.
Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
