Hello, human. I’m Zottie — yes, the huge one. No, your eyes aren’t deceiving you. And before you ask (because I know at least one of you will) no, I am not a Maine Coon. But yes, I really am this big, this fluffy, and this committed to following you absolutely everywhere.

Nature
I’m an adult cat, which means I’ve perfected my craft: being an enormous, affectionate love bug. I’m not shy — not even a whisker. The moment I arrive, I walk right in like, “Greetings, I live here now,” and then I begin my favourite activity: sticking to you like a very large, extremely soft piece of velcro.

I’m the easiest house guest you’ll ever host. I don’t cause drama; I just bring vibes. Sweet ones. Friendly ones. Big-floof-energy ones. I’ll trail behind you from room to room, flop dramatically at your feet, and purr like a warm engine whenever you glance in my direction.

I’m polite, gentle, loyal, and so full of love that it leaks out in head-butts and slow blinks. Really, I’m just a massive cuddle unit looking for my person. If you want a companion who’s sweet, social, and approximately the size of a small cloud, I think we’ll get along just fine.

It’s essential I go to an indoor only home, or a home with a cat run. I’ve come back from adoption twice now after being found roaming and covered in matted fur, I don’t want to find myself in that situation for a 3rd time.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with a human baby and I think she’s really cool! I would be more than happy to live with children of any age.

I live with lots of other cats, and whilst I prefer my own space, I think I would get along just fine in a home with another big, cat-friendly feline companion.

I live with a small dog and a big dog, and I just keep my distance. So as long as I have my own space, I would be happy to co exist with them just fine.

Likes / Dislikes
I love pats, cuddles, food and snoozing on the couch.

I don’t have any dislikes really. Apart from my personal space being invaded by over-hyper animals.

My PURR-fect home would be indoor only, or with an enclosed cat run, and a home where I’m your only furry companion. Otherwise, I’d also be okay with 1 or 2 furry friends if you live in a house that would still allow me my own personal space!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Zottie please come and meet him at PETStock Baldivis this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. He will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.
