These handsome little gentleman are sweet, affectionate and very loving.

They were well loved by their previous owner but sadly their owners health deteriorated and they were forced to move into a retirement village and could not take the boys, so they made the tough decision to reach out to us to find them a new home.

They come from a loving household and have a lot of love to give.

We're not certain if these two beautiful souls are related, as they were born 12 months apart, but they may as well have been from the same litter, they are that close.

Ironically their personalities are polar opposites of each other. Billy is super confident and will step out of his cat carrier and strut around as if he has been living there the entire time. Jasper is a massive sook and will hide in his little house for the first few days until he feels safe.

Billy is very independent and will quickly establish himself as the boss of the household, even if you have dogs. He enjoys a tummy rub and will flop around on the floor looking adorable. Jasper will be slower to adapt to his new home and will follow his brothers lead. Jasper prefers a scratch on the head but loves a brush (and a treat afterwards) and will come running when he sees the brush in your hands.

They are incredibly social and will always want to be part of whatever you are doing. They will follow you from room to room to keep an eye on you, sit patiently next to you at dinner time and will wait by the door when you have a shower.

Both boys are incredibly loving and absolutely adore people.

And while they may not be the youngest cats, they still have plenty of energy and will often chase each other around the house.

Billy and Jasper are approximately 10 and 9 years old and have been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and are available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
