About Alice
Please only apply for this greyhound if you have:
ALICE IS LOOKING FOR HER WONDERLAND!
After living as a pet for 4yrs Alice was sadly returned to R2R, through no fault of her own.
Since arriving in our care she has thrived. Alice has put on weight and enjoys regular pampering sessions that include pedicures. Alice happily lies quietly in her bed after dinner while we dremel her nails often closing her eyes and nodding off.🐾💜💤💜🐾
Alice is the sweetest, most gentle soul who only wants to love and to be loved.🐾💜 🐾
She enjoys her daily walks where her interactions are polite and friendly with all she meets.
At home with us Alice has lived happily with another Greyhound and also as a solo dog. She's house trained, sleeps 💤 in her bed throughout the night, enjoys garden sniffari's and while she's a collector of shoes and socks she has not been destructive. She also knows not to get on any of our furniture or beds.🐾
Alice likes to socialise, she has started attending Dog Club, loves Coffee ☕️Dates and is looking forward to joining our local Greyhound Walk.
While we believe you should give all dogs their space and respect their quiet time, Alice has shown no signs of resource guarding or sleep startle while in our care.
Alice has had a toe amputated and now wears Hunnyboots when out walking on rough hard surfaces. She is the bestest girl and happily lifts her legs up to have her socks and shoes put on before we head out walking.
Now the only question remaining is can you provide our sweet little Alice with her Forever Wonderland?
[Note: Under Victorian Law greyhounds must be on-leash at all times in public areas, including in off-leash parks or oval]
